Welcome to the Ranger Chocolate Co.® web site and services platform. The following sets forth RANGER CHOCOLATE CO.'s ("RCC") Terms of Use and Privacy Policy ("Policy"). This Policy governs your use of RCC' services ("Services") and use of the Ranger Chocolate Co. web sites ("Sites"), API services and companion apps ("Mobile Apps"). By using the Services, Sites, and Mobile Apps, you are agreeing to be bound by the Policy. The content of the Sites and Mobile Apps, including trademarks and service marks, is proprietary and you may not duplicate, copy, download, modify, use, or publish any material on the Sites and Mobile Apps without express permission.

This Sites and Mobile Apps provides an online and mobile access for ordering products and services, a convenient way to manage your orders, and customer information. To process your order or transaction, you may be requested to provide your and/or customer information and profiles, which may include your/customer contact information ("Profile Information"). The Profile Information will become a permanent part of RCC's electronic database system ("System") and maintained for future orders or transactions and as required under applicable law, rules and/or regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Profile Information is true, complete, and accurate and you should update the information as necessary. There are several resources available to help keep the Profile Information up-to-date — you may use your personal account or contact us by e-mail at service@rangerchocolate.co. If the Profile Information cannot be verified or authenticated, RCC may terminate the transaction and you may be prohibited from accessing or using the Services, Sites or Mobile Apps.

RCC is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that the Profile Information is secure from unauthorized disclosure. For added protection, the Profile Information may be designated by you as "private", which means that such designated Profile Information will not be used for solicitation purposes. RCC's system uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when communicating with you regarding the Profile Information or your order/transaction. Most web-browsers display a locking icon when you're browsing in SSL mode. While your web-browser is running under SSL the information passed between RCC's system and yours is kept confidential. RCC uses cookie technology to keep track of your current session while you're visiting the Sites. The cookies are only used to enable RCC's system to communicate effectively with you during your visit.

RCC does not sell the Profile Information; however, the Profile Information may be shared with RCC's business partners that employ our system, software and/or tools to facilitate your order or transaction. For example, if you purchase a order that needs to be shipped, the shipper may need your Profile Information. Although RCC will take reasonable measures to prevent the unauthorized disclosure of the Profile Information, RCC will not be responsible for any unauthorized use or disclosure of the Profile Information; and your submission of the Profile Information is at your own risk. In addition, you agree that RCC may disclose the Profile Information when RCC, at its sole discretion, determines that such disclosure is in compliance with applicable law or regulation.

BY USING THE SERVICES, SITES AND MOBILE APPS, YOU AGREE THAT RCC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES FOR ANY MATTER ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, SITES OR MOBILE APPS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE USE AND/OR DISCLOSURE OF THE PROFILE INFORMATION WHETHER AUTHORIZED OR UNAUTHORIZED. YOU FURTHER AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD RCC, ITS AGENTS, MANAGEMENT, AND EMPLOYEES, HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, SUITS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES, RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, SITES AND MOBILE APPS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE USE AND/OR DISCLOSURE OF THE PROFILE INFORMATION.

RCC reserves the right to change or amend the Policy from time to time and it is your responsibility to review the Policy.

All other brand names and product names used in this site are trade names, service marks, trademarks, or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

In the case a logo or product name is not listed or does not display either a SM, TM or ® symbol, RANGER CHOCOLATE CO. does not waive its trademark or other intellectual property rights with the respective product name or logo.
